Delivery Information
Orders will begin custom production the same night or the following day, depending on the time the order is placed. Custom processing times may vary based on order volume.
Once completed, your order will be carefully packaged in a premium packaging box to ensure it arrives safely and looking its best. Orders are shipped with flat-rate shipping of $5.99 per order. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Return & Refund Policy
At BayEraFitteds, many of our products are custom-made. Due to the nature of customization, all custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes custom fitted hats and any items featuring gems, rhinestones, patches, or personalized designs. Minor variations in color, placement, or design are considered part of the custom process and are not considered defects.
Non-custom, ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return if they are unworn, unused, and in original condition. Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and are subject to approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees of $5.99 are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact BayEraFitteds within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with their order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved cases will be resolved through a replacement or refund at our discretion.
